Keep support simple. Use one support email for account, billing, privacy, partnership, or general platform questions so everything stays in the same thread.

Email support only is fine. You do not need to publish a phone number or physical location on the site just to run support cleanly.

Specific training question: use the support email with a clear subject line.
Partnerships / affiliates: use the support email with a short subject line.
Privacy / legal questions: use the support email and include the account email if relevant.
