These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this platform and any related content, downloads, features, and member areas.
By using the site, you agree to use it only for lawful, personal, educational, or internal team purposes. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, copy paid materials for broad redistribution, or use the platform in any way that harms users, coaches, staff, or the platform itself.
This platform contains educational content for youth sports, training, nutrition, planning, coaching, and recovery support. Some areas are public and some areas require an account or paid access. Access levels, features, and content availability may change over time.
Accounts are personal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse access, share paid access improperly, or create safety or trust concerns.
Coach or staff submission features are permission-based. Signing up does not automatically create publishing rights. Coach or contributor access may be reviewed, approved, limited, or revoked by the platform administrator at any time.
All content on the site, including text, packet formats, routines, guides, graphics, branding, and educational frameworks, is owned by the platform or used with permission. You may print or share materials for your personal, family, classroom, or team use as intended, but you may not resell, repost as your own product, or mass-distribute premium materials without written permission.
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may improve, remove, pause, or restructure features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect availability, or error-free operation.
You agree that your use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, even if we were advised that such damages were possible. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to paid services will not exceed the amount you paid to the platform in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
