Email & Marketing Compliance Notice

How email address, unsubscribe, mailing address, and marketing/transactional communication rules should be handled.

The platform may send transactional messages, account messages, freebie delivery emails, newsletter messages, launch updates, and other communications related to the site.

Marketing emails should identify the sender accurately, avoid misleading subject lines, include a working opt-out method when required, and include a valid physical mailing address when commercial email rules require it.

Users who unsubscribe from marketing emails should not continue receiving marketing messages unless they later opt back in. Transactional or account-related emails may still be sent when needed to operate the account, deliver requested resources, respond to support requests, or maintain security.

Before larger email marketing sends, the platform should confirm its support email, reply-to email, unsubscribe behavior, suppression handling, mailing address, and email vendor settings.

Mailing address note: commercial email footers should use a valid business mailing address. Do not use a home address publicly.
