Keep support simple. Use one support email for account, billing, privacy, partnership, creator-content, or general platform questions so everything stays in the same thread.
Support note: a public phone number is not required for this launch. For commercial email, use a valid business mailing address in email footers once email marketing scales. Do not publish a home address; use a PO Box, private mailbox, or business mailing address instead.
Best route
Support / billing: use the support email with the account email included.
Creator content: include the video links/files, owner name, and the permission level being granted.
Partnerships / affiliates: use a short subject line and describe the relationship clearly.
Privacy / legal questions: use the support email and include the account email if relevant.
