Keep support simple. Use one support email for account, billing, privacy, partnership, or general platform questions so everything stays in the same thread.

Private coach helpEmail support only is fine. You do not need to publish a phone number or physical location on the site just to run support cleanly.

Support / billing: use the support email.
Specific training question: use Private coach help so the thread stays inside the site.
Partnerships / affiliates: use the support email with a short subject line.
Privacy / legal questions: use the support email and include the account email if relevant.
