Privacy Policy
How information is collected, stored, used, and protected.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the platform and how it may be used.
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account information, lane preference, support requests, coach submissions, billing-related identifiers, and content you choose to save, complete, or submit.
We may also collect technical information needed to operate the site, such as session identifiers, browser and device information, usage analytics, and logs related to security, authentication, and feature reliability.
We use information to operate the platform, authenticate accounts, personalize navigation, support customer service, process billing, review coach approvals, improve the product, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Payment information is handled through payment providers such as Stripe. The platform does not store full card numbers. Billing-related identifiers and subscription metadata may be stored so access levels and account features can be managed correctly.
Information may be stored with service providers needed to operate the platform, including hosting, database, storage, analytics, email, or payment providers. Those providers may process data on our behalf according to their own applicable terms and security practices.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling member lists for unrelated marketing. We may use limited data for internal operations, support, analytics, fraud prevention, communications about the platform, and lawful business purposes tied to operating the service.
You may request updates or deletion of certain account information, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, operational, or record-keeping requirements. Some information may be retained when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain security records.
The platform is intended to support families, athletes, and coaches. Children under 13 should not create accounts with their own personal information. If a child under 13 needs access, a parent or guardian should create and manage the account using the parent or guardian's information. If you believe a child's information has been provided inappropriately, contact the platform so the situation can be reviewed.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
